Within New Zealand goods are shipped by tracked courier taking approximately three working days and at a flat rate of $5 per shipment. There is no charge for shipping orders with a value exceeding $70.
Delivery throughout Australia is via Australia Post (tracked) taking approximately 14 days. Shipping to Australia costs $18 per shipment with free shipping applied to all orders in excess of $150. WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF CUSTOMS SEIZE YOUR PACKAGE AND WILL BE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THESE ORDERS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
Wherever possible, deliveries to the rest of the world are shipped via internationally tracked courier taking approximately 28 days. However, some countries do not offer tracking services in which case your goods will be shipped untracked. Please contact us for shipping costs to all countries other than New Zealand and Australia before placing your order.
Please be aware that our liability for any loss, damage or delayed delivery will cease once your purchase has been passed into the care of the shipping courier or company.
If you should wish to change the delivery address of any purchase(s), we will be happy to help provided the purchased items have not left our premises. It is not possible to change delivery addresses once items have been shipped.
You must advise our customer service team of any damaged items or order shortages no later than three days after receipt of your shipment.
